heyya fella! PLEASE READ THIS PASSAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING. THX! sigh.... as usual hard-to-translate-lyrics from big bang.... aiyaaa, ok, I'll always do this if I don't know the meaning of some words. From Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English (International Students Edition) hangover means, headache or sickness that you get the day after you have drunk too much alcohol . So, in malay, hangover means sakit kepala / penyakit yg berlaku selepas terlampau mabuk like in dramas or movies that the actor got a headache after waking up in the morning when he was very drunk in the night before. Thus, in this case, in the mv, they got hangover after they ate the pills right? But after streaming through the lyrics (of course english trans!) it's like an illusion, and they don't wanna lose it, so they keeping to eat the pills, in order to make the beautiful hangover/illusion remains. sigh... Therefore, I'd like to say that I will translate the hangover part to just its engl...
